How does the Transitional Care Programme work after hospital discharge?

Once a discharge date is confirmed, we coordinate directly with the hospital team to understand medical requirements. Our nurses and care staff are prepared before the resident arrives. The programme typically runs from two to six weeks and covers medication administration, physiotherapy coordination, wound care, and regular health reviews.

What does the monthly fee for residential care cover?

The RM 3,900 monthly fee covers a private ensuite room, all meals and refreshments, personal hygiene assistance, housekeeping, health monitoring, recreational activities, and a monthly written report for the family. Certain specialist medical services may be arranged separately.

Is the Social Engagement Membership suitable for someone who lives independently?

Absolutely. It's designed for seniors who are living at home but would benefit from structured social interaction and a sense of community. Members attend weekly activities without any residential commitment. Monthly and quarterly memberships are available.
